Return policy 

Non-customized project, no quality related problems: 

 

Products that do not include quality-related problems but do not include customized products can be returned within 14 days after receiving the order.If you are not 100% satisfied with the order, we will refund you the full cost of the returned product.For more information about the return policy, select the place of delivery: the European Union or the United States and other parts of the world

 

Defective, damaged, or faulty items: 

 

If your item is defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly, you are entitled to a full refund, including tax and freight.If you believe that your item was damaged during delivery, you must obtain a "proof of damage" document from your shipping carrier, which should be included in your return package.Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of your order for assistance in handling returns.

 

Please note: 

All returns must be kept in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and available with the original label and packaging.After removing any tags, the project cannot be returned.

 

Replacement policy: 

All your purchases are not eligible for exchange.Please follow the return instructions and place new orders for other items.

 

Cancellation policy: 

- orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including full freight and 50% of the purchase price.

- orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

We hope you like your purchase, but if you want to return it, please follow these steps.

Step 1: apply for a refund 

 

Contact our customer service department within 14 days after receiving the order and submit the return application.Please attach a description and photo explaining why you returned.If the size is different, please pay attention to the difference between the actual order size and the received product size, which will save our processing time and speed up the refund speed.We reserve the right not to accept returns without the prior approval of our customer service department.

 

Step 2: pack and send your items 

 

Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with the return address and product return form, which must be filled in and included in your returned package.Please send the returned items through the local post office within 3-5 working days after receiving the return form.

- please use normal economy post office service only.(UPS returns are only available in the United States)

- please record your tracking number to track your return progress.ADIDOGBABY is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Step 3: refund processing 

 

All returned items will be checked.We will handle refund within 3-5 working days after confirming that the product has the problem you mentioned.After we process the refund, it usually takes 10-15 working days to deposit the money into your account, depending on your bank or payment service.Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

All PayPal payments can only be refunded through PayPal, and all credit card payments can only be refunded to the original credit card.
